NEWPHARM is a company, which operates in two areas:
- Crop protection products and biocides division for the storage of crop in warehouses, for the disinfection and disinfestations in the industrial, civil and zoo-technical sector.
- Hospital division with a line of medical devices.

Founded in 2001 to acquire a line of NOVARTIS ANIMAL HEALTH disinfection and disinfestations products, NEWPHARM can boast prestigious products as BRADOPHEN®; BRADOSAN®; EKTOMIN®; K30®; NUVEX®; NEO-NUVEX® … and is the sole distributor of products of AMVAC CHEMICALS CORPORATION (NUVAN® line),  BAYER ENVIRONMENTAL SCIENCE (K-OBIOL® line), COPYR (KENYATOX® G.P. line), SYNGENTA (ACTELLIC® line), ZAGRO (NEOCIDOL® 20 EU) and other important firms.
 
The selling team is well distributed in the whole Italian territory and it is followed directly from a staff of technicians and agents of absolute professionalism, experience and reliance. This guarantees the solution of any problem of arthropod’s control and diseases’ control in any environment and situation.

NEWPHARM has also a Hospital division, sole importer of KOMET MEDICAL, world leader firm in the manufacturing of surgical instruments (saw blades, rotary instruments, shaver blade, compatible with the most common commercialized power drives), which distributes in the whole Italian territory with a network of sales agents.
